By placing an order or engaging with Lev Custom Merch, LLC ("Lev Custom Merch," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
All orders require written approval of the final design proof before production begins. Once a proof is approved, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled. We will not proceed to production without your explicit sign-off.
Payment terms will be outlined in your quote. We require a deposit before production begins on most orders. Remaining balances are due upon delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and begin after proof approval and receipt of deposit. We are not responsible for delays caused by supplier shortages, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an error was made on our part (misprints, wrong item, defective product), we will reprint or refund at no charge. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
You represent that you have the rights to use any logos, artwork, or trademarks submitted to us for production. Lev Custom Merch is not liable for any intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
Artwork and designs created by Lev Custom Merch remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Due to the nature of the printing process and differences in screen displays, slight color variations between digital proofs and finished products may occur and do not constitute a defect.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any order or service.
